Note: I am currently based in Barcelona. Travel expenses are the client's responsibility for any physical intervention outside the area.

💰 How does pricing work?

After a free initial exchange where we'll discuss your situation and why you need me, I provide you with a personalized quote based on your specific needs.

⏱️ What are the deadlines?

Deadlines vary depending on project complexity. I'll be able to give you a realistic estimate from our first exchange.

🌍 Do you work remotely?

Yes! Most of my services can be done entirely remotely. Technical assistance requires a software connection. For physical installations, I can travel from Barcelona.

🛠️ How does remote connection work for technical assistance?

I use TeamViewer to connect remotely and take partial control of your machine to speed up the work. You'll need to stay present during the intervention to enter your information if needed.

🔐 What about confidentiality?

The professional services I offer are 100% confidential. I commit to you by contract not to disclose anything. I will NEVER ask for your personal information (passwords, etc.).
